I made clean flash with internal storage wipe

Try to make clean flash without gapps and XOSP apps, boot into system, setup your Android and then boot in twrp and flash gapps and xosp apps

The XOSP ROM link download is dead (server problem, maybe? my IDM and browser can't download it). Can someone re-upload the latest version of this ROM, please? Thank you.
