Yes I had this problem when I bought the phone but after I flashed again the stock rom was solved
I don't want to flash my phone...only original software...
Or do you mean a factory reset?
When you flash a stock not rooted rom everything is original. No waranty los.

I flashed my other phones and I had always problems...
I hope I get the update 4.1.2 soon....
Yes but when you flash stock rom using odin everything is original and you wont get problems with your phone. Perhaps on your other phones you flashed costum roms that werent stable.

when you flashed, you don't have a delay anymore or still a delay but less (2 seconds)?
