Hi, I think you should create a software block calls and / or SMS Blacklist similar to the program already in place for windows mobile, as depicted below:

Thank you,but i try all version : samsung block not work on my mozart and Call manager is impossible to use and to make configuration because only language is chinease and english version of this not work on my unlocked HTC mozart with Unlock RooT .
