Call quality, Cellular strength, ESPECIALLY internet speed is getting WORSE

I have bought this phone (galaxy m31) three months ago.
But, after each update, phone gets worse and worse.
Call quality, Cellular strength and throughput, ESPECIALLY internet speed is getting worse and worse.
Do you have any idea?
