I have exactly the same on version 10.0.0.180. The application cannot be installed. Until now, I've used BBRecorder on rooted phones and it worked great. Unfortunately, Huawei mate 20 pro will not root anymore, because banking applications detected my phones as hacked and I couldn't even make transfers. The only hope in XDA.
What configuration do you use in that software (mode, etc)? I receive that it doesnt access the microphone .
That's why I wrote that until now I've used BBRecorder on rooted phones. I am currently using Huawei mate 20 pro and in the non-root option my interlocutor is very quietly heard. While at home or without the presence of third parties, you can turn on the speakerphone and then everything is recorded perfectly. I won't do root anymore on the mate 20 pro, because the unlocked bootloader will again deprive me of the possibility of using banking applications or Google Pay.

the only way to have it is to donwgrande to emui 9.1 then installing the HW call recorder APK then upgrading to emui 10.
il tried this on mate 20 pron mate 20x and actually on honor 20 pro and it's working perfectly.
NB : When you downgrade you loose all the data that you have so back up it first

Please find a solution to the problem of not recording sound on Huawei phones running the 10 system
No, resulting apk will have different signature, which will make 2-way call recording impossible
The ONLY solution for Android 10 is to downgrade to 9.1, then install the apk and then upgrade to 10.0 and do not hard reset after upgrading. It's the only way. Tested on 3 phones.
