Call recorder for all huawei Model (Android Pie)

Kinda off-topic but since the update, my phone cannot play media/music on my cars either. (1 personal car, 2 company vehicle)
Every other phone worked fine, this worked fine. Since update, it's broken. I'll try to downgrade now.. wish me luck.

A lot of users like me make phone calls exclusively using bluetooth.
To all of us, third-party applications are completely useless, only hwCallrecorder does the recording of conversations properly.
The only thing that matters to me now is to stop the update to 10.1 emui until a solution is will be found on how to keep the original application through future upgrades

To disable updates after 10.0, run through pc platform tools:
adb shell pm disable-user com.huawei.android.hwouc

Hello to everybody.
On my p20 I've downgraded to 9.1 Android, used App Inspector to find com.huawei.android.hwouc. disabled it by adb shell, re-installed the apk for call recording. Everything's ok now, epcept one thing: the recording doesn't start automatically.
I mean, before the phone reset the recording started automatically at every call. Why now I've to touch the icon on the call screen, to start recording during a call?

ok, I fixed the problem (it was very stupid ), I didn't think to look for the option in the dialer

absolutely no problems... and it also automatically makes the reset of the phone after downgrade

Hi Friends! Today I broke call recording with 10.1 upgrade. Is there a way to get call recording working again?
I've been just personalizing my system in the last 6-7 days, and as I got ready the upgrade killed this vital function. (I won't do it from clean reinstalling 9 again.)

Roll back to emui 10, then emui 9, install call recorder, update to emui 10 without factory reset and stay at emui 10 if call recorder is of importance.

Can I do this by HiSuite? First step is 10.1 -> 10, second step is 10->9?
Then OTA upgrade to 10. Won't it force me from 9 to 10.1 directly?

Steps are right. No, it wont force to emui 10.1 but will be updated to emui 10 first. While rollback, it will factory reset, so make sure to backup. While updating, do not reset else you will loose the recorder.you need to install recorder on emui 9.

I always had disablet updates but huawei complety ignores my settings - 5-10 times it try and than force ask for pin and next day i had emui 10.1 - not working call record anymore The same if i downgrade to v9 - after a moths stupid huawei will force update without my permission! testet 3 times!

There's one way to stop update via adb. After that, only by HiSiute you can update manually. But I never tried that, only read about it once.

Its not difficult to disable the auto update. Use ADB on pc.

I have turned off auto download and auto update. I occasionally get the nag to update but I just dismiss it. Still on 10.0.

10.1 is a bit buggy. I didn't expect that. Till now all updates were for good. However, I believe that every update is important mostly for security reasons. The MAJOR disappointment is that HwCallRecorder is not working. It's still there but if you try to click on the auto call recording setting, the network is restarting and the no-simcard symbol appears for a second. Is there any solution already for 10.1.0 ?
