So far, there is only one solution. Sit on EMUI 10.0. Unless, of course, recording of conversations from the line is very important. And I think that the solution will not appear at least until the release of EMUI 11. Further it will be seen.

I didn't noticed other bugs, only HwCall recorder stop working. Problem you describe, on my device is not appear, even as I had HwCall recorder yet (now I uninstaled, cause I forgot, that can't reinstall this app).

i dopnt have hwcall recorder and i am on 10.0.0.214
Can i install it or i need do go to 9?

If you are going to stay on EMUI 10.0 then you can downgrade to EMUI 9.1 and install call recording, and then upgrade to EMUI 10.0. But remember, call recording will not work on EMUI 10.1.

Huauwei auto forced me to upgrade to EMUI 10.1.0.133 / Android 10 and now this app does not record calls anymore.

Can I downgrade without root? or is there a newer version available for 10?

You can. But in order to start recording calls again, you will need to first downgrade to EMUI 10.0 through the HiSuite application, and then downgrade to EMUI 9.1. Install call recording there and update to EMUI 10. Using adb, you can disable EMUI updates, but I do not know how to do this. I only know that people do it.

There is no possibility to do that at this moment by HiSuite. Only 10.1.0.277 (C10E7R2P4) is shown, no previous version. I'll be glad if other region has that possibility, but at this moment C10 still hasn't.

It's strange. I also have a C10 region, but rolled back from 10.1 to 10, and then to 9.1. I installed a call recording and updated to the last 10. Then I turned off the update through Multi-Tool.

Here is a link to the topic of the program here on XDA LINK. In the modifications, you need to find com.huawei.android.hwouc and disable it. But before the procedure, you need to clear the date and cache, and only then disable it from the multi-tool.
I can only describe the procedure in more detail when I am at home.

Installing call recording on EMUI 10 without downgrading to EMUI 9.1.

The program will stand on Huawei / Honor with Emui 10 / Magic 3.0 shell and Google services.
Will not work on EMUI 10.1 / Magic 3.1. (On EMUI 10.1 it is installed, but does not work. Tested on Huawei P30 Pro 10.1.0.141 (C10E11R5P1).
After installation, go to Settings / Applications / Applications, find "Contacts" and give it the rights to "Memory", after that the button for listening to recordings will appear in the call list.

Where did you get this? It seems that for this to work on EMUI 10.1 we need also com.android.phone from a firmware with a working call recorder. Some activities are missing from com.android.phone on EMUI 10.1 non chinese versions.
