The program will stand on Huawei / Honor with Emui 10 / Magic 3.0 shell and Google services.
Will not work on EMUI 10.1 / Magic 3.1. (On EMUI 10.1 it is installed, but does not work. Tested on Huawei P30 Pro 10.1.0.141 (C10E11R5P1).
After installation, go to Settings / Applications / Applications, find "Contacts" and give it the rights to "Memory", after that the button for listening to recordings will appear in the call list.
I have a Huawei P30Pro version 10.1.0.140.
I tried to install the apk on the previous version and it is updated successfully.
I have given permission to the Contacts app to access the memory and now I see the list of previous calls recorded ... it's a step forward.
Hopefully we can unblock call recording.

Btw I found this online: You can disable the software update feature. This is how I've been using my Mate 20 now and it works great. 10.1 update broke call recording, it broke Bluetooth, Bluetooth media playback for me.

1) Install ADB on PC
2) Enable ADB debug in Dev settings
3) Issue the following commands after going into the ADB shell,

pm enable com.huawei.android.hwouc
pm disable-user com.huawei.android.hwouc

And that's it. You have disabled updates forever. No nagging, no auto checks.
Finally I have a great Mate 20 again!

I sent them to myself on Telegram and also had them on my Onedrive, haha. I know you shouldn't be installing random APKs, but feel free to check the size and check them on virustotal. These are the 2 original attachments for EMUI 9 and EMUI 10.

So again!
- Install HiSuite on PC.
- Use the upgrade feature to DOWNGRADE to EMUI 10.
- Once phone boots up, set it up (just skip all), connect HiSuite again.
- DOWNGRADE AGAIN to EMUI 9.
- Now set it up again once it boots.
- Install the Call Recorder APK. Verify its' there in Phone/Call settings.
- Upgrade to EMUI 10. (at this point I did not have to install the EMUI10 APK again for some reason)
- Use the ADB commands to disable System Update as soon as possible (cause its hella annoying once it starts!)
- Verify if call recording works.

You should be good.
(On Mate 20 it works this way.)

Ps.: DOWNGRADE WILL WIPE YOUR PHONE. DO A FULL BACKUP!

Because you didn't do a factory reset after updating to emui 10 hence the call recorder stays there

Yeah but each downgrade did a full wipe. And when I did the same steps weeks ago, it wiped it off. Oh well, whatever, y'all can find both APKs on the link. Just use whichever you need.

Have you tried reading the last couple of pages of this topic? On the last page I posted a call recording APK that can be installed on EMUI 10.0 and it will work there.

Thank you for posting the app, I see that it was deleted from 4pda. Compared to old V9 version, the recordings are now m4a instead of amr, the sound is stereo, bit rate is higher, like an user already reported. Your contribution is greatly appreciated. If you find the 10.1 version please post it, even if it's not working yet. Probably it needs the soundrecorder or the phone app from the same rom. I wonder which rom is that, Honor 10i? Well, I never expected such a breakthrough and it brings hope for the future.

Unfortunately, the person who made the recording of calls for EMUI 10.0 stopped all work on EMUI 10.1 due to the fact that he could not do so ... so that the recording would work on EMUI 10.1
