Call Recording work.

Hello everyone, after upgrading to Emui 10 the call recorder is actually working. However, the voice recorder application that comes with android 10 does not show the recorded sounds as in 9.1. I have Mate 20Pro recorded calls are saved in the "Sound" folder on the memory card. The voice recorder version 10.0.0.432 will hopefully improve in the next update. So do not update or uninstall the call recording application.

Did anyone try to install HwCallRecord_EMUI10.apk on Android 10 via adb? What error it prints?
Are you the author of Call Recorder?
If so. I've tried your show on the 20th matte and only your other voice is grained but not that of the other person

Yes, I am. Since Android 9, in order to have 2 way call recording, the app uses system built-in call recorder or root. If your phone isn't rooted or there's no system call recorder - the app will record from the microphone.

Can you explain the method? Thanks

Execute the following in a command prompt on your PC:
$ adb install HwCallRecord_EMUI10.apk

So that app talked about and linked to in post #1 by OP is not a Huawei app?

It's signed by Huawei, but maybe Huawei changed the signature in Android 10. So it doesn't match anymore.

HwCallRecord_EMUI10.apk is built for Android 9 Pie. So we should wait when Huawei builds an apk for Android 10 specifically, then take it from the chinese rom.
