If you got version SM-G986F - no, simply can't change CSC code on THL because there is no software with THL code. SORRY
I got SM-G986B version, I think the same as F version, there is no CSC with call recorder enabled. May be there are other solutions? Can you, please, suggest some links for the instruction?

I have solved the problem with call recording at SM-G986B S20+ 5G. I had to flash Beyond firmware, however it works well, no Spay is available now but I am not using it anyway.

S20+ in Thailand does have built-in voice recorder. Works as intended.
my friend do you find any solution?

Here is what I found so far:
    • ACR Pro 33.1 unchained - records but playback speed is wrong (too fast)
    • Boldbeast v13.1 - working OK, but only for 30s in free version, unless you start recording manually by pressing the Record button.
    • Cube ACR v2.2.176 - working OK, no need to buy premium (I recommend this app). Download .apk directly from

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S20+ 4G, Australian market, bought directly from Samsung, everything stock, no root.
    Model SM-G985F, Build G985FXXU1ATBK.

To make Cube ACR work, I did the following:
Go to Cube ACR Settings -> Recording settings -> Phone recording audio source -> choose "voice recognition (software)".
Scroll down and turn on "Normalize Speed" setting.
Go back, Settings -> Miscellaneous -> scroll down all the way -> press each one of the four buttons and turn on accessibility settings, turn off battery optimization, and so on...

That's it, you should be all good. Try it and see if it records and plays back properly.
All "international exynos versions have call recording built-in into the software. To enable it, the right flag should be enabled in the cscfeature.xml file (you need root for that, unencrypt the file, modify it and overwrite it back again).
However I'm not sure if you can write to that product partition anymore, on the S20s (we cannot write to system directly anymore). Worst case scenario, a Magisk module could do it.
I'll try it now on my S20+ 5G (intl) and report back ??
Has anyone managed to get call recording to work on any of the S20 phones?

Many of the call recording apps don't work, but I read somewhere that if you root the phone you can get it to record.

Another website mentions changing the CSC to one of the countries that allow call recording, for example Thailand. Apparently there is a built-in recorder in those countries' S20 phones.

Is there any way to get it to record?

    I have samsung s20 plus 5g SM-G9860, Base band -> G9860ZCU2ATFF, CSC -> BRI, Can i put firmware Thailand?

I think you can choose only: China (Open China) (CHC), Hong Kong (TGY), Taiwan (BRI).
Don't think you got THI firmware available. Sorry.
