Question Call screen missing

The option for call screen is no longer available in my phone app. No idea what happened. P6, T-Mobile, Dec update. I've tried uninstalling updates and reinstalling phone app. Clearing cache and rebooting multiple times. Anyone have any ideas? I'm lost...

They apparently disabled that and "Hold for Me" due to a bug in the Dec. update...
