CALLING UPON THE BEST XDA DEVELOPERS, !!!NOOB UNFRIENDLY!!!, NEED HELP!!!

Hey everyone, I need your help badly..

Device: realme 7
Code name: Rmx2151
Android: 10
RUI:1.0
Bootloader: Unlocked
IMEI : NULL
Baseband: repaired
Problem level: software level(100% sure)
Status: NOT RESOLVED
#GOAL : be able to use sim card / make and receive calls ..

The Problem:
I can't use my sim card without wifi connect.
My nvram partion was corrupted, and so my IMEI and baseband was lost,(no backup)

I managed to recover baseband version by (as someone told me that it is mandatory to use sim card) deleting "nvram" folder from twrp file manager.

But my sim card still won't work, it only works when I connect to wifi, and as soon as i disconnect wifi the mobile networks also disappears,

Others who used the same method on this very device to recover baseband have a fully functional sim.
I also tried all other stock rom firmware files RUI1/2/3 A10/11/12

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Already tried flashing stock rom over and over again, with same results.

Although now that you have mentioned,
It might be possible that the file which I downloaded might be corrupted,
I will try other links too..

yes, i can make calls over VoIP, but it only works when connected to wifi (wifi calling),
i tried flashing all versions of stock rom (no luck),

@Mark Yngell Kate had the same problem, when he recovered his baseband version by above mentioned method, his sim card was working again,
he is also currently using a custom rom with no issues,

but i get errors like this on custom roms

Hello bro! Glad to see you here, right now my phone works so fine using for mobile data and also phone calls and the only issue that i am facing now is about imei, all tho imei can be written when your device is rooted and use android faker but it doesnt really work like permanent imei writting
