Question Calls impossible after update MIUI 13.1.1.0

Hello guys, with my (expensive) Mi Mix Fold I only made stock upgrades but I have a important issue. At this moment I'm almost no more in the possibilty to make any call. At the other side nobody can hear me and many times it does not connect. Anyone else with this problem (in Europe) after this update ?

By speaker the problem is not there.

Have you checked all options in the SIM part of the phone settings?
