I'm on non-rooted froyo from Orange. As soon as I press the trackpad to start video recording, everything disappears from screen including the recording icon, timer and menu drag-out button. After pressing the home button I can see the launcher but the camera keeps running in the background making the phone damn slow. How can I fix the camcorder?
