Camera app for long exposure / slow shutter

Are there any apps out there that can actually do a longer exposure than the stock camera app? I'd like 30 seconds but all other apps seem to be restricted to 1/10s even though the s9 is camera 2 api compatible. I would use the zero camera mod but don't want to root.

Thought you meant zero camera mod. I've tried open camera from the play store and that is restricted to 1/10s. Am I missing something?

Theres a modified Verison on xda where the exposure limit has been removed

Downloaded the 60s version but unfortunately it does not work. Still seems to be restricted..... Shame.
