Camera Back-focusing

Not sure if this started before or after the new update. I'm trying to take some pictures at a distance of maybe 1 ft and everything comes out a few inches back-focused.

Some Chinese variant of HTC U11 experienced the focusing module malfunction after the update of 1.26/1.27.
Not sure which one you got.
