Camera blur problem

when I take a portrait photo while blurring the background on the back camera it removes it after processing. Why? How to fix it? Does anyone have the same problem?

Fixed.
Solution: Clear Data

1. Go to Settings
2. Tab Installed Apps
3. Select All
4. Select Camera
5. Select Clear Data
