Look those pictures don't say anything other than, the pictures where either taken with superior auto or normal mode without any adjustment to exposure. The Sony has the option and I'm guessing the default exposure of the Z is lower than the others but the great thing is, you can adjust it on the Z. It's misleading to put all phones on normal and just point and shoot. Exposure seems to be the main difference and even then the Z still came out on top in some of the pictures. The HTC overall were the worst. Over exposed, dull and lifeless.
If your looking for a simple point and shoot, then the z isn't for you. Why would they make a point and shoot camera and then load with tones of settings. Enough with this camera nonsense talk. If you don't know how to use the camera, sell it and by another phone with a simpler camera. The camera on the Z is SLR moded not point and shoot. Also, I've never taken any burst mode pics that look better in anyway than my normal shots because guess what, you can't keep my finger off the exposure settings.

It's good that you/we are all concerned about the camera, but when people keep making new topics each time it gets annoying and harder for people to follow. Why can't you just post these things in 1 topic....

its a phone though, so thats what it suppose to do, point and shoot. people make phone with the intention of shooting on the go not shooting a wedding out of it, anyway I thought the xperia z did ok but if it were in RAW, it would be awesome to edit, I think people like saturated picture a bit as it look more warm like the NOKIA
