Camera for ZU problem?

is it just my phone or we have so much noice on our phone on camera..like taking pictures and/or video...please hwlp maybe you guys found a workaround app...i already played with iso and stufd.but still noisy

i do hope thatthis is only a software issue that sony made a mistake about... i dont really need a super camera for my baby ZU.all i need are just normal camera without all these noises
