[camera][ICS/JB/GB][CM10/CM10.1/AOKP]1280*720 HD Recording

Guys,

As i mentioned earlier that 1280*720 camera resolution captured is fixed using this applications in CM10 -> Huawei Camera Files and Lgcamera
I m uploading the files in my ubuntu One and dropbox.

How to install(for huawai camera)

Download the files from below given links
Install Huawei Camera.
Install Huawei File Manager.
Install Huawei DLNA
Install Huawei Cloud explorer.

Then After Installation, please go to recovery & wipe Cache & dalvik cache. Reboot.

For Lgcamera just install the apk normally.

FAQ

Q.1) How am I sure that its capturing the 1280*720(HD) video..??
A 1) So, when I was trying to doing this, I found that HD recording was capturing & saving to. I personally Found that. Here is the proof.

The image above is clearly saying that i m capturing the Video in 1280*720 Mode. I personally tested it & watched the handmade Video of Mine Home.
Q. 2) Why Wiping Cache & dalvik Cache..??
A. 2) It is not 100% necessary to wipe but its working for me after doing this.
Q .3) Why need to install all above files..??
A. 3) Coz all files are linked from one another. Example: Camera need it own Gallary. Like that it is batter to install all files. I know many users will try not to install all files but File manager is must for installations.
Q. 4) Camera is giving FC after selecting Video. What to do now..??
A. 4) Just clear the RAM using Task manager & try Again. It will load.

I need suggestions from My Buddies if i m wrong somewhere.

Great means HD video is now can be recorded fine. Now just MIC is to be fixed it will work like charm.:victory:

Yeah buddy! it works perfect!!!

I install everything, then I open al the apps and the camera give me one error. Open again and works perfect!!!

The video record is perfect. No lags, and good quality

Yep, on "CM10 beta2 by Adam" exactly, I'm on this firmware now. Did not have time to try on CM10.1, rolled back, couse HW acceleration does not work(

CM10.1 haven't fixed Camera yet. So, not able to test. Once, Adam will fix camera, we gonna test t.

LG camera free app from Play Store records 720p videos perfectly with sound and clarity in CM10..

Ohhh..i was thinking you were suggesting me. BTW he has fixed it bt 480P. try it. may b it will work.

u had commented prob wit mic n sound knw so i jus gav my review too.. hav tested 480p.. works kool.. but however 720p ones r obviously better knw.. lil bit of a satisfaction after seein 720p workin on lgcamera.. but tat too only til 20mbits rate.. wen increased more, same lags prob.. also only h.264 vids format works.. no mpeg4.. probably adam is missing some video codecs thing..

Yes buddy that's the issue is. It can work with codec provided. So lag in semi HD will b lilbit there also I m working on full hd from 5mp camera. But at 24mbits. Hope everything gonna fine. But at 24mb it works great buddy and u can choose mpeg4 format instead of 3gp.

My mistake.. Video format Mpeg4 working, but video encoder Mpeg4 not working.. Only H.264 working..

And i am not facing any issues with audio.. Mic is working normally like before.. :angel: I tested same video in both CM10 and Angeeks ICS.. Same sound, same clarity with video.. 25mbit videos are a bit laggy in CM10.. But i tested with default camera in ICS, i should hv tried it with lgcamera app itself.. If u r in ICS, try it once bro..
