Camera is upside down and black & white

Hey guys, my camera is only in Black and White. The black and white setting is NOT on! I cannot fix the issue
Ive formatted the phone to stock MIUI but the issue is persistent. Ive also tried multiple camera apps.

Anyone have a fix ?
Im thinking of opening the phone, removing the camera and reinstalling it ?

I have the exact same problem, I believe we should reassemble the camera module. It has nothing to do with software.
