Inside of the Camera lens glass on device's back glass. Not the camera optics itself.

Gonna keep it short:
Had a hot shower; Forgot phone on the sink counter; Brought it into my already cold room.
Camera fog on lens ensued.

Here the fix that worked for me (takes just 10-20 mins compared to other fixes):

-Turn off device
-Remove Sim card and SD card (if you have one inside it)
-Open all covers/flaps.

-Desktop users:
Place device upside-down(camera at the bottom) inside the system.
Run a stress test on the CPU and/or GPU for about 10-15 min (temperature increases inside the case to evaporate the moisture)

-Laptop Users:
Just position the camera in the direct path of the laptop heat sink, still upside-down, but not too close
-Run a stress test on the CPU for 15 mins.

Neither Desktop nor Laptop:
Use a hairdryer to heat the device and camera for 10-15 mins.

-Stop stress test/heating and let the PC and the device cool for about 5 mins.
-Now pick up the device and suck on the opening closest to the camera to completely remove any moisture from inside.

-Enjoy your camera once again. :highfive:
