Camera lines

Hi. I bought my moto z today, i tried the camera before its okay, but now I can notice that there is a line in may camera screen and also in the pictures I had taken. How to resolve it. Thanks

It's hard to diagnose the issue with so little information. You didn't even give a sample.

Maybe a picture of outdoor scene? That way it is easier to tell whether is lighting condition.
