No problems! Yeah, not a huge difference from removing jpeg compression. This mod mainly focuses on increasing video bitrate which does really help.

This one has uncompressed images, 65mbit 4k, 44mbit fhd60p, 22mbit fhd, 192kbit audio for all. Enjoy

Did one better , made it flashable: (by the way no need to clear anything aka cache or dalvik but always a good idea if you have any problems

Look for Lenovo supercamera in themes and apps forum. But you better make sure you close/greenify it after using it because it drains your battery very fast.

You can also give a try to camera fv-5, a better camera, procapture, camera awesome...
