Camera not working

Hi I am Sharath, I am using moto g4 plus for the past 5 days
Only problem I am having is I can't use the camera when ever I try to take a photo (by clicking on the screen or the shutter button) the camera app crashes plz help me u can reach me on [email protected] thx

Maybe try a Factory Reset or clean the App Cache?

Hello Sarath, buddy you need to reset your moto g4 plus.... I don't say that there is no other way but the best way is to reset the device......

You may also fiddle with app setting but clearing data and cache or by force stopping
Or by backing up with Titanium backup (root available) n then restoring it without restoring data

Similar problem here after updating camera app. Only solution was back to the stock camera app.
