camera on instagram story delay

anyone know why shutter camera on instagram have a very long delay when taking a picture
this only happens in oxygen os when at linage no problem with that camera

anyone know ??and sorry for my bad english

Didn't realise this was Oneplus specific. Thought it happened on every device. Hope it can be fixed.
