camera: stock vs custom

Hi guys, im just wondering about the image or camera quality brought by a custom rom. We all know stock camera of Z3 is good.

My question is, will it get a little worst or bad when you install a custom rom like cm or resurrection remix?

Worst, Stock or Stock based is better by far.
But in my opinion it's totally worth it.

Camera goes to crap when you unlock bl and loose drm. If you are on stock or stock based you can do drm restore. If not you camera will be awful.

Thats also what I have in mind. Having said that, is it possible to be in a custom rom then restore your DRM keys so that you can still have an awesome camera on custom rom?

If it's a stock based custom rom. But if if you're using a stock based custom rom there's no reason to unlock bl. Also make sure you do a ta backup before you unlock bl so you can relock if you need to

if you use stock based rom (LB) then you get good camera pictures
and
if you use CM based Roms (UB) then you will get average quality like noise, blackish,

if you're on stock and want to use cm then dont forget to backup your DRM Keys.
