I'm using the rom 【Unofficial LineageOS 14.1 】By FireLord, I also test the rom 【 [UNOFFICIAL] Resurrection Remix 5.8.5-FINAL [7.1.2][FP Gestures Working]】 By Pranay 7, the result is the same.

Did you try flashing or restoring stock rom modem file? I'm not sure with this.

Maybe I find the reason why LOS RR not support China telecom......below is the two P2 variants differ in the bands they support

Is LOS RR based on or (How can I descript it clear..) designed based on P2a42?
