Can anyone help me install stock 4.4.4 rom on D5103?

I saw a guide on xperiafirmware.com or whatever its called, but I dont understand the step where it says connect the phone to pc with holding volume down button. Do I hold the button and connect it at the same time or what? Thanks in advance, I'm a noob at these things so dont be harsh please

Hi, idk if this is still relevant, but yes, you hold the volume down button and keep holding it as you plug in the cable.
