can cyanogemod be installed on verizon SCH-I435

Hi there, I just received my s4 mini and I wanted to try a custom rom. I am on the Verizon network running android version 4.4.2, device name SCH-I435. I would like to try the most stable rom available. I read around the forums and cyanogenmod seems to be a popular choice. As much as I hate to ask the stereotypical noob question "which ROM should I try?", I was hoping that I could get some feedback for a few seasoned s4 mini users as to which custom rom you think would be easiest for me to install and has the best stability (i.e. fewest bugs) out-of-the-box. I'm no stranger to custom ROMS, I've been using a Droid X for the past 4 years and have flashed every ROM available for it. However, I'm very new to the s4 mini so I have little to no idea what roms are available. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Okay, I doubt that it is possible since I can't seem to get past the first step which is booting into clockworkmod. I've tried Odin and Heimdall on windows and linux but each one fails to load clockword recovery. Without that I cannot install cyanogenmod. I suspect it may not be possible on this phone. When I go into download mode on my phone I see the following....

ODIN MODE
