Can I flash an OTA extracted zip using TWRP?

Hi guys
I've extracted the OTA link download from the bug report, I have the .zip file, as I can't update my MI A1 using the system, can I flash that zip using booted TWRP?
just flash? In what partition? A / B

I don't think MI ROM ZIP can be flashed his way as it is primary intended to use with MI Flash tool. Let other folks to reconfirm it.
