Can I take OTA with app installed as system?

Can I take OTA with user app installed as system? Unroot after installing, stock recovery.

I already have betterbatterystats as system installed. And I can receive OTA with no issues.

You shoud be able to take a OTA with no problem as long as thats the only modification you have.
