Can i use a Quick Charger ( 2.4A ) to charge my Honor 5X

Hello ..

i have a quick charger I bought it online from amazon
and the charger that came with my Honor 5X is really slow ( it's only 1A )
so can i use my quick charger to charge my phone ?? and would it harm the battery ???, because i heard that the Honor 5X doesn't support quickcharge 2.0

Using a charge station 40watts 2.4A per Port (total 5) and it charges really fast.. should not harm the device anyways.

I will be testing the kernel and hardware over the weekend sometimes these features are just deactivated on the chipset and can be reactivated by a custom kernel.

Still waiting on my phone is due tomorrow by 8pm

Maybe nothing If I end up in q & a forum all weekend LOL so many people posting crazy things and tinkering with things they don't readily understand without researching. Lol but it's on my to do list. There will be alot more new people tomorrow and that comes first. I need to work on a flashing tutorial and step by step new person guide prior to doing anything.

Yea I saw it was on sale for prime day, should be a lot of new ppl coming in. I've had mine since it came out so I've seen this forum grow from nothing
