Can I use XDA II accessories with iPaq 6365?

Just got myself a H6365,
I have XDA II usb sync+charge cable and car charger, can I use it with the iPaq H6365?
read some said yes and some said it will fry the iPaq, really confuse and hope someone can give me a clear answer, thanks
