Can install another country's firmware?

I have a SM-G935L(LG U+ in South Korea; Exynos 8 Octa), and I'm trying to install another country's firmware. Another telephone company in South Korea firmware works well, but Canada and United Kingdom CSS that I've tried doesn't work though AP is same(probably). I searched about it and someone says it works but I think it doesn't.

• SM-G935L LUC - successful (original firmware)​
• SM-G935S SKC - successful (same country)​
• SM-G935W8 XAC - fail on Odin (Canada unbranded)​
• SM-G935F H3G - fail on Odin (United KIngdom)​

Odin says "Can't open the specified file."
