Can my sim card be altered using ODIN ?

ok ok I know the ODIN thread says to remove sim , I did so many mods yesterday I guess (not even sure it did ) got forgotten inside on one occasion, I tought all was good tho , until I tried to send sms (from my everyday phone ) , it didint work can receive them and all the rest works without a problem ..

I did the one click jf6 then flash back jg8 modem then reverted back to my rogers modem ..


long story short can I fix what /I messed up ?

googled but no luck ..

sim is pretty cheap but I like to break my head a bit ./.

Your SIM should have nothing to do with it. ODIN won't do anything to your SIM AFAIK. Removing the SIM while flashing has something to do with writing the modem files properly. Again AFAIK. If you can't send SMS but can receive them it is likely your SMSC address is wrong or empty. Look under Messaging -> Settings. Get the correct setting from anyone else who is on the same network as you.
