Can others confirm OEM unlocking server is down at the moment?

I am not able to unlock the bootloader in p2. It prompts me "lenovoID with permission", "lenovoID email not verified". It used to work 2 days ago when I last checked. I would like to know if this is a general problem for everyone instead of just me.

i have the same problem since about 3 days!! it worked well the first days i started the 14d countdown.... but since 3 days i have your same problem i hope they will fix servers.

BUT...........the servers of the OTA are fully working....so i suppose they have different servers among ota and oem unlock
