Can´t flash stock rom

I´m from Germany and i tried to flash the stock rom "LT25i_9.2.A.2.5_Customized_SG_1270-7096.ftf" and "LT25i_9.2.A.2.5_customized_DE_1268-5967.ftf", and always without success.
Now i have installed Omnirom 4.4.4.
I never had problems, but now it doesn´t work. I tried it with the Xperia Companion too, without success.
I installed the flashtool drivers, reboot, but without success too.
Any ideas?
