Can unlock hard bricked Atrix a mobile service?

hi, I'm hard bricked ATRIX ... I've read many threads and my question is: will mobile service unblock a hard bricked ATRIX?

To unbrick hardbricked phone, as it discussed by many, it's likely to solder another chip in PCB.

The carrier/mobile operator or service person would likely to change the whole PCB or provide a substitute phone.
