Can we unlock skyrocket Verizon version

Hii i saw a skyrocket version of Samsung galaxy S2 which is available for 99$ on amazon . Want it to get it for me from US to india. What i want to know is . Can i unlock it over here ? If yes what i should do ? Or it cannot be unlocked . Please senior members help me out cause i am not aware of this fact at all . So i dont want my money to be wasted if i bought it and cant unlock it . Rooting and unlocking isnt a problem . What i want to know just in case if it is possible at all .

That would be a deal breaker for me . I am counting on you guys . If someone has already done it . Please let e know

I think you get it for 99 but you have to pay monthly some fees for it and they don't ship to india
And skyrocket is not *ORIGINAL* *INTERNATIONAL* sgs2

and its weaker in specs so you can't flash any roms here

Ohh too bad . I was unaware of that fact . so then its no use buying it

Even if you buy it in india for 30k you will get i9100G with is not international s2 again you can't flash any roms here on it...
