Mannn.... I think thats the call sound from them motorola/cobra walkie talkies that have like a mile range. Talkabouts I think...

edit: NO, its someone from my past that had it and I can picture a cheesy flip phone on their belt. I've heard that so many times and can't for the life of me remember who it was. Possibly repressed cause they sucked, I don't know. Now I need help.......
