I bought a brand new unlocked Sony Xperia XZ2 compact phone. I want to enter the APN information for US Mobile, but the plus (+) sign does not appear in the upper right. I can "reset to default" and delete the Verizon APN settings that automatically pop up when I chose the Verizon network in the 'network' settings, but nothing will allow me to enter a new APN. I asked Sony customer support and they said the phone was made for Korea and that I could try reinstalling the device software, but no guarantees that it would work. I reinstalled the software, but that did not change anything.
Are there any work-arounds? Or should I get a different phone?
