Cannot Downgrade from 11 to 10

Hi. I have a problem flashing my Moto g8 power XT2041-3. The problem occurs when flashing the bootloader.
Writing 'bootloader'...

(bootloader) Preflash validation failed
(bootloader) Preflash validation failed
(bootloader) Cancelling 'bootloader.default.xml'
FAILED (remote failure)

And with another one this appears:

I tried the repair methods I found on XDA (Reverting to Stock, How to downgrade Android 11 to 10) but none of them helped. I have tried almost all Firmware with all the versions there are but without success. That's why I'm asking a lot for help because I don't know what to do next.

What does Getvar all say? Remove imei before posting.
