Yes, You can't brick these easily I flashed the wrong rom to mine and still managed to get it back. There is an app call vega tools which has a driver app built in, this will fix your drivers and tell you when you are in each mode. If you are seeing the USB npx in device manager you aren't far away.

Get the vega tools package from here.
search for vega tools 4.0 and 4.1 update on a different forum similar to mod co

install this ,

grab an NVflash based rom.
put the tablet into recovery back 2secs power etc.
USB alert
open vega tools and open install drivers with audi link.
set to advent stock using recovery
follow the next next step 1 etc.

Now you should be able to run the bat file for an NVFlash based rom and it will install. Clockwork mod now works but only after a succesfull flash and boot :s
The recovery mode is not an ADB mode but a NVflash recovery mode for these Nvidia tablets.
They are mighty awkward but still quite resilient
