Cannot get into download mode SCH-i605 Vol Up does not work from warning screen

Hello Forum members,

I have a Samsung SCH-i605 Note 2 that when put it into download mode I get to the screen that is shown in the picture but when I push the vol up button of the phone to enter the actual odin mode or download mode nothing happens. Is there a way that I can fix this? I have tried to use a usb jig to force download mode as well but for some reason that will not work either. Any help that anyone can provide me of this, would be greatly appreciated.
