Cannot get XAA to switch to TMB

Hey everyone! So basically i'm trying to flash the t-mobile software onto my Unlocked note 8, and i followed the following guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=74087669&postcount=3 and it worked, it said successful, but i still don't have wifi calling, but i have the t-mobile apps, whats wrong?

if you only flashed with Odin you still need to switch the CSC to TMB. There is a phone menu to do that, but I'm not sure what the code is. If you are rooted you can use a shortcut app to launch it.
