no problem, use sony mobile flasher for this!
1. download twrp recovery: https://dl.twrp.me/yuga/twrp-3.0.2-0-yuga.img.html
2. download rom and copy it to SD STORAGE on your phone: https://basketbuild.com/devs/Chippa_a/yuga/LineageOS-14.x and download gapps 7.1 ofc and copy that too: http://opengapps.org/
3. open sony mobile flasher and connect your pc
4. press "Storm" icon on app > select fastboot mod > press ok > on the right side on window, press "reboot info fastboot mode (via fastboot)
5. now you have custom recovery, disconnect phone from pc and turn him up while pressing volume + and - fast > wipe whole phone > flash rom and then go back and flash gapps and exit recovery
6. enjoy in new rom

im using it since launch and my phone battery is pretty old, 4 years will be in march... so it depends on you battery condition i guess...

Today I rooted my 5.1.1 rom with the new kingsroot, all OK
my BL is locked, so I´m not sure if it will work
was the same in your case?

My USB port in mobile is not working to connect pc.... I use install ROM by mobile through recovery mode.... Bt now said update by u can be done without PC..... Pls help me out which will be appreciated...

You need to unlock your bootloader before flashing any custom rom. Don forget to backup your TA Partititon (Not needed) aswell if you want to go back to stock rom in the future.

i already tried with wipping

try to flash the oldest ftf file which will be found in xperia blog website and then update ypur device with sony's update centre i have also used the bend cable and it worked too flashtool version 0.9.18
