Cannot login to OnePlus account. OOS 9.0.

Hello, I recently did a clean install of the official OOS 9.0 ROM. I'm trying to link my OnePlus account to my phone, but whenever I try to login I just get a toast notification that says "No connection". Is anyone else having this problem?
