i rooted my honor 5x but then i decided to go back to stock rom. in order to get the update of emui 4, i needed stock recovery.
after going through various threads one helped me to get back stock recovery and now my phone has stock recovery and stock rom.
i want to switch back to custom rom and custom recovery but when i used fastboot command to flash recovery it shows
<waiting for device>.
after searching on internet i found there can be a driver issue but even after installing all the drivers problem persist.
i even tried doing a factory reset but nothing helped.
i turned off my phone and press power+ volume up+volume down, it shows installing updates and stucks at 5%. On holding power button it displays a warning.(i dont remember the exact message)
i am a noobie so it is a request if anyone of you need anything please explain how can i provide that to you.
