Cannot register on a mobile network

I replaced the antenna cable.
The sim-card I'm using in the P10 Lite works on other phones.
If I use automatic search it says: No Service.
If I use manual search it says: Unable to register on network.
I've brought it to a repair store and even they don't know it.

Any of you who could help me?

Probably because no one can help you.
You replaced the cable yourself and one would therefore expect you'd have the expertise to fix it or troubleshoot.

Why didn't you RMA in the first place?

It's under warranty so you'd return it to either the shop or directly to Huawei depending on your country and laws.

You don't usually repair stuff yourself unless you have to.
